Glubble - not just good on internet safety
Glubble is a new free plug-in for Firefox which restricts users of a machine to a white list of websites at browser level. Intended for families with children under the age of 12, parents can control the sites their children can see. So far the idea is hardly new, even if the filtering is done elsewhere. What makes it stand out from other filtering systems is its approval system. When a child goes to a page that is not approved, it doesn’t just tell the child they’re not allowed to go to the link, but allows them to ask their parent’s permission to access the site. When a child makes a request, it’s sent to parent for approval. The parent can approve only that link or the whole domain. At any time a parent can examine and edit the white lists in their Glubble.
So why not have a look, and when asked that inevitable question at parents’ evening, recommend Glubble to concerned parents.

Thank you for the posting about Glubble.
One other point your readers may be interested in is that in addition to the request/accept notification system is another feature that makes Glubble stand out from the crowd, Glubble changes search results from Google and Yahoo so that they only results from their glubble world, just by searching Google.com or Yahoo.com !
